️SPR Road Gurgaon is a New Era of Sky-High Living and Cyber City Development?
Southern Peripheral Road (SPR)
The SPR, a 16 km long road, connects several crucial areas, including the Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon-Sohna Road, NH-48, and the Dwarka Expressway. This ISBT will occupy 15 acres and is strategically located to integrate with the Delhi-Gurgaon-SNB-Alwar RRTS corridor, the SPR, and the proposed Global City project. This development aims to provide better facilities and ease traffic congestion in the area.
Metro Developments
Gurgaon is also seeing extensive metro expansions. The existing Rapid Metro, which connects Sikanderpur to Sector 55-56, will be complemented by new lines. These new lines will connect various parts of Gurgaon, including old Gurgaon, with 27 additional stations planned.     Agar 1.5cr Invest krne hai tu bhaut Bari bava koofi hogi kyu ki kotak Mahindra Bank FD ke according 7.25% Jo ki 1.5Cr ka 10,87000 Hota hai without zero Tension and pheli baat 80000 rent Mille ga nhi or agar mil gya tu saal ka 960000 huwa below then bank FD , so not good deal from bussiness Perspective

    DLF cannot change pollution and trash of Delhi. Nor can it fix tax craziness of the government. Any smart HNI would rather buy a luxurious villa in Dubai at a fraction of this cost and have a better quality of life.

      It will be appreciated as we all know when the super structure of any product is ready and investor bought is on a decent payment plan like 20 -80 or 30 -70 also at that time end user will buy it from the investor before OC so that Investor don’t have to clear the final amount of 80 or 70 % and will get a return on it in the most cases and mostly it’s 20 to 25 % return on the 100% amount . But it’s a 100 % return on the amount which was paid by investor which was 20 -30 % .

    Ashiana is a fraud builder, they have still not paid back the EOI of Rs. 5 lacs till today i.e. 22.04.2024 even though the allotment was done on 28 and 29.03.2024. When u raise a query, then they will say that they will refund as per the time limit mentioned in EOI form but their EOI form doesn't have any time limit for refund. Just a simple calculation, total EOI application around 700, alloted unit 224, remaining EOI application 476, taking average of 25 application per day processing of refund excluding Saturday and Sunday, they must have refunded atleast 400 EOI money till today. But none got the refund amount. They keep your money so that u can't apply for another upcoming project and earn interest on that amount as they have specifically mentioned in EOI form that refund of Rs. 5 lacs is without interest.
